Is this a pregnancy thing or normal at all? For the past month I have been waking up with both my hands and wrist in sharp pains. Someone said it might be pregnancy carpal tunnel but I've never heard of it. Any ideas?

I am dealing with the same thing. it's my wrists, my hips and my ankles
mm 173, I did try that but unfortunately they didn't work.
Wear wrist braces while you sleep. I would wake up because my hands would be asleep and it hurt really bad to grip anything when I woke up. My doctor said it was carpal tunnel and to get wrist braces. Problem went away when I wore them while I was sleeping.
like I said mines never been much of a concern for me so idk I'd talk to your doctor. there might be stretches or something you can do to help it.
@peanuts1mom, mine is every night and it wakes me up. If it's carpel tunnel there isn't anything to do for it is there?
it's possible to get carpal tunnel when you're pregnant I crochet and my hands and wrists go numb every now and then if I am at it for too long and that is a symptom of carpal tunnel. from what I've read it's supposed to go away after you're not preggers anymore and mine has never been much of a concern.

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
