Has anyone had any experience with low iron or low blood pressure during pregnancy? I'm 27 weeks tomorrow and I know that fatigue creeps back in during the third tri but this is insane and I'm thinking there may be another cause for it. I never felt this way with my first and I can't be this tired with a 14 month old running around for another three months. Any advice or helpful tips for one tired mama? 😓
@devanloves, I was making my own smoothies but lately I have been buying them because I have been in pain with pelvic pressure. I buy the apples and greens from Jamba Juice. but you can always make your own and just throw in kale, spinach, bok choy you can't really taste those ones.
@dcaspar, I'm worried about the constipation as well! I've had problems since I had my first and it's easing its way back into my life the last few weeks! What foods worked best for you?!
My Dr gave me all kinds of samples of iron pills to take you can also incorporate more iron into your meals (I did that instead of taking the iron pills because I didn't want to deal with the constipation)
@mushka89, not yet, I probably should. I've been so exhausted and can't get on top of it. I swear the more I sleep the more tired I am.
They checked everything and put me on antibiotics for a kidney infection. Assuming that's the reason why I fainted? Have you had your dr do all that stuff too? My daughter is one also. Super scary and having. To run around makes t so much harder to relax
@mushka89, is there anything they could do for you?! I just don't want to be fainting with my 1 year old around. So scary. 😣
I was watching the Kardashian`s lol and saw that Kourtney drank an avocado drink everyday. (avocados have some good fiber) I decided to try it but added cocoa powder and banana`s to it and it tastes amazing! Pretty much addicted and need one everyday. I also eat apples, oranges everyday/every other, you can buy chosen foods vanilla bites with Chia. We eat either meat or beans every dinner and always have veggies so that helps too.
