nothing is wrong with being a teen mom it just means god thought you were ready I'm so tired of seeing people say they regret it cause they were so young and lost friends and got made fun of in school I love how THAT'S what you care about instead of your child. having a baby is an amazing thing don't regret it and don't take it for advantage smh

It's unfortunate that being a mother isn't for everyone. It is a beautiful gift that I do feel grateful to have so suddenly. I had a friend who's sister was in her late 20s with 3 kids from different dads. She left them with the mom and left the house all the time to party. I admit it's easy to judge their life but she finally came around to raise her kids.

I saw a post she's 23 now and had 3 kids but said she regretted having a kid at 18
It sounds like a teenager to me. I don't think everyone gets that special connection once they become a mother and may take a while for that responsibility to hit them at a young age. I don't think I would have been as responsible being a teen mom. I want it more now in my 20's now that my life is on track . I have had many teen mom friends who did step up but many who did say they weren't ready and missed out because they had to raise a baby by themselves with no support.
