Here's a bit of background info I'm a college student and I live in a off campus apartment. My lease is up May 14th and that's also the week of finals. I'm due May 28th. I've heard they won't allow you to fly after a certain period in 3rd trimester. So I've made arrangements to live with a friend until the baby comes being I'm an out of state student. Long story short after I have the baby I will need to fly home at least 4 days after I have her. Do you think it's safe to be flying that early ? Any opinions or advice on what I should do ?

Good idea ! I'm worried about air pressure and so many other things.
maybe ask the doctor if she can wear one of those little masks like at the hospitals and stuff or cover with a receiving blanket just to help keep germs away because we have no clue who or what is on the plane. but just ask in case because I'm not sure if it would restrict her breathing or not.
Thanks ladies @boygirlmom @kelseys @simplybrit22. I will ask when I go this upcoming week. I hate having to fly so early with her but I have no family here and I refuse to pay for a hotel that long.
Honestly some people have done it but it just depends on what your doctor says... with the baby being only 4 days old they're are at risk for infections so it's up to you
Ask your dr. Newborns sleep a lot! So that aspect might be okay. Just be persnickety about people wanting to touch your baby.
in the hospital when you have her, ask the doctor because she will have to be seen by a doctor within the first week.
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Question: (may or may not be stupid) how fertile are you before you have your period after you have your baby??
So how do you Ladies feel about birth control. I'm against it cause I want my body to do what it naturally does. I've faced infertility issues so I'm not for it but my mom feels I should be on it after I have Tyson.
