Please help. 10 days postpartum and I have developed my first ever hemmoroid. I'm in so much pain I can barely sit, or lay down. What can I do for relief???? PLEASE!

When I had it I soaked in Epsom salt for about an hour everyday. And then I would use hemorrhoid cream & wipes.
