Been having really bad cramp like pain for almost 10 hours now .. Sometimes it makes me really nauseous :( is this bad or normal ?

They do feel like period cramps ... I'm just worried they'll tell me nothing is wrong /: it's making me so uncomfortable and miserable .

Well as a mother who had gone into preterm lador b4 I would go in to b on the safe side or at least call ur dr or l&d I would rather hear it's ok then b worried 4 nothing uk
