probably bh if they arent close together or really painful. I get them pretty frequently and went to l&d to checked and I wasnt dilating. they just told me I have strong bh and to come back when they get closer and unbearable. :/

Ladies BH do not cause pain! They are practice contractions ! If you are having pain while contracting they are true contractions and yes you can have spontaneous contractions that go away with rest and hydration but if they last longer than a half an hour it's always best to go get checked out !
