Bought more lactation stuff, which one worked best for you mommies?

I haven't tried any of these items! I drink Lots of water!

3 times a day or 2 times depends and drink a lot of water after having to take that stuff

@daisyr3, they are pricey $25 but they are actually good. I just tried my first one few minutes ago

let me know if you notice a change in your supply i want to buy some but not sure if i should i drink the milk tea and it works i just want to see if the cookies work

will let you know! that is what i also drink but i was curious about the cookies so i bought them. right now i am pumping & it sure has come out more faster
