Yes! just like stressing. If your cheering then it's an excitement the baby feels, but screaming, out of anger yes. Everything you do effects the baby.
they can hear it but it shouldn't affect them, however while pushing and in labor your screaming instead of concentrating on breathing it could be an issue.
