@cass117, it's weird because it's like a sharp pain and sometimes I feel like I can't breathe when it hits me. Then it goes away and comes back...

Does this look like a dog? If so, what kind? Someone posted it on a lost dog Facebook page and said that she is very skinny and looks like she's been on her own for a while. She kind of looks like a baby fox or coyote to me.
