Any recomendation on how to increase breastmilk?.. Struggling here! 😢

Have you tried a nipple shield? They're supposed to help baby latch a lot better even with inverted nipples? And you're welcome! You're doing great, it will happen, don't give up!xxx

@darciepenny, I will try not to think too much on supply. problem is I have little inverted nipples as well and baby is preterm so its getting stressful when baby not able to latch properly and den all sorts of thoughts come in ur mind. Thanks for the kind words hun X

You're doing the best you can by your baby! You should be so proud of yourself!

Expressing/pumping isnt an indication of your supply, some woman can have a really good supply when they feed and nothing at all when they express and the other way around so don't be disheartened your supply is probably fine! Lots of hot flannels and showers, try having a warm shower and expressing after that? Lactation cookies and lots of skin to skin with baby, and your body only makes what your baby needs when breastfeeding on demand so the more you express the more you will make, xxx

@winterbaby95, I am still taking prenatals though but seems now time to change over to breast feeding tabs! X

When I express all I get is 20ml 😯 and I saw ladies filling up 2-3 bottles at one go 😯 which put me into worry that may b I dont have enough supply. My buba is in hospital and not actually feeding on me but I am expressing and supplying my milk for him X @darciepenny @winterbaby95

I took Pregnancare Breast feeding supplements throughout my pregnancy and even now xD And I haven't had a problem with my supply xxx

Only asking because sometimes people think their supply is low because they don't pump a lot but it's not the case, lactation cookies are supposed to be amazing! And expressing as much as possible like @winterbaby95 said and skin to skin if possible! Hope you're okay xxx
