there are sometime more or less than 4 weeks in a month so you can not count the each month as 4 weeks.

They don't count the first 4 weeks of implantation of something like that so 36 weeks is 9 months and 40 weeks is 10 months

Right because you're pregnant the whole ninth month so you're actually pregnant 10 months. Just not 10 completed months.

Some people swear it is. I don't think so. You are pregnant for 40 weeks. Ten months. I count every four weeks as a month, and so do most doctors.
