Yum! I know right?! I went back there for college and gained so much weight it was ridiculous lol. I came back to Tennessee and even with all this southern food, got right back down to sticks and bones within a month or two. 😂

okay get boudain and sour cream heat the boudain up in a bowl then add like a spoon or two into the bowl and mix it omg I swear I'm super picky and won't eat sour cream normally this is the only way then eat it with bread or crackers😍😍😍😍 I'd be such a lard I'd I had access to Louisiana food at this point lol @taylornelson

Every time I bring up boudin I get looked at crazy! My boyfriend and I for three years used to go to the local seafood shop and the sign on the window said hot, fresh boudin every day, and it definitely was :) We ate there religiously once a week 😂 Nothing beats Louisiana seafood and Cajun cooking.
