There's definitely things you want to avoid--things like peppermint and oregano can decrease your milk supply and things like caffeine and dairy can cause grassiness/spit up.
I haven't had issues with any of those I eat a lot of what's on that list daily I was never told the by my lactation consultant I bing on strawberries and Brussel sprout and Hella garlic...guess I should stop
Definitely everything in moderation. The eat less may not affect your supply--but could make baby gassy in large amounts. With my first dairy, caffeine, and tomatoes were huge triggers for his reflux but this time around I don't have an issue with them. It's just a recommendation. But oregano and peppermint are known to decrease milk supply in most women.

@mrsmoore moderation is the key....I don't think that list is accurate.
