what is wrong with me ..... my legs have been going tingly like hard to walk , my stomach keeps tightening up and I'm having slight menstrual cramps and I've thrown up twice .

Idk this is the first time my legs have ever felt like that and its only when I stand ..... my stomach will get real hard like can barely breathe and my legs get tingly and numb its so weird
