But have any of you have the colostrum dried up on your nipples? if so what helps? ive tried normal lotion and nothing helps it. if any of you have any adbice on this or any experience i would love to hear about it! cause idk what to do lol

Why not pick it off?? If it's dried in there it blocks the ducts and that can't be good I assume lol
i jist didnt know if there was any other way of getting rid of it
I've heard from people to not pick it off but others say they do and nothing is wrong. its hard not too pick it lol. @theemmariefactor

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
