they even released me after they seen I was contracting, I'm still contracting @whitneym @mantha823

no they told me If I didn't progress while I was there then it's not active labor, I went in at 4 centimeters and before they released me they checked me again I was still 4 centimeters @whitneym @mantha823

I was admitted at 4cm that's considered active labor

I've tried the warm bath, it's hard trying to focus , I'm so uncomfortable @whitneym

Awe sorry to hear that! Did you try taking a warm bath, listening to calming music, and trying to focus on other things? That helped me. I hope this helps, you got this though!! Good luck ❤️@mommywife
