its normal because of the uterus kinda blocking blood flow.

There is so much extra blood in your body at the moment that it would be inclined to change the colour of various bits and pieces and make certain parts swell , I wouldn't worry about it unless there is itchiness and a fishy odor.. that could be an infection.
