What does Braxton hicks feel like? I think I'm having them right now.

Light cramping belly will feel hard, I think they are pretty relaxing.

I had a labor and delivery nurse explain them to me like tightening of the stomach without a lot of pressure they are also very irregular I get them almost daily now

Do they happen in your back and then wrap around? Like mine are super super painful to wear I want to double over.@jlspoores

mine are like that at times too I went a week ago yesterday to l&d because I thought they were real contractions if you are worried about them being real get ahold of your dr

Cramping. In your back and your belly tightens, sometimes down lower where you world get cycle cramps as well.
