your belly has that waist band in the middle so it looks like two tummies.. then the baby get big enough where the middle pops out and your tummy is fully round..

I'm so confused.. lol I've never seen that. Pregnant women get round. I don't get this.

that's because they wear their pants above their hips. I know a friend who has that. It's looks like two bellies. lower half and top half. I'm plus size but don't have that issue.
