Thanks ladies! I was a preemie myself. Me and my twin was a month early. She was already 4lbs and 5ozs on Feb. 29. But the doctor told me she will still have to be in the nicu for a minute at least a week. I am having a c section so I will also be in the hospital for a week as well.

i had my babygirl at 35 weeks and she had to spend a week in the nicu just because she was super tiny she weighted 3lbs 8oz and they wanted to make sure she gained weight, other than that she was perfectly healthy and still is shes just super tiny still lol

I have my oldest was 5 1/2 weeks early. By a miracle he weighed 5 lbs 6oz. He never ended up in NICU and was able to come when I did. He had jaundice really bad when we got home but I just put him in sun and flipped him when it was time. He will he 11 March 31. I pray you don't have to have a preemie.

I work in the nicu.. at 35 weeks they usually do fine they spend a few weeks in the nicu and then go home... I'd ask to see the nicu and make sure they explain everything to you. done be afraid to ask questions!
