Went and seen my OB today. I'm 91% effaced with no dilation. Still pregnant. Hoping to stay that way lol she made me feel better by saying he's a good size..almost 4 pounds already. So if the steroid shots worked and he comes early as long as he's breathing okay I won't be a stressed out mess. They're putting me on progesterone to try and keep me from going into labor just in case as well and I have another vaginal ultrasound next week to see if I'm anymore effaced or if I've dilated any. I'm pretty happy with how everything went. My only complaint is because there's like no cervix left the pressure of him pushing against it down there is extremely uncomfortable and it really hurts to walk.
