make sure to have the meat steamed first so any bacteria dies out.

lunch meat is not good because of the bacteria that could be in it. same with hot dogs. they could damage your placenta. if you are wanting a meatball hoagie, got for it!

Eat what you want as long as it's not raw honey you'll go crazy following these pregnancy rules

My doc said to avoid lunch meat if it was out like it is at subway or the grocery store that pre slices it since it is often not cold enough. Have a toasted hoagie instead. Crisis averted :)

lol @mimiz - I had to re read it too. I have heard that unpasteurized honey is dangerous.

I think anything unpasteurized is supposedly but I don't have much of that stuff anyway @emeliaday

I always been a healthy eater ...when I get prego I eat what ever I crave an all 4 of my children are healthy all were full term & vaginal pregnacey I'm also eating what I want with my twins I'm expecting doctor says they look great every time I go to ultrasound visit an guess what I get a ultrasound every week with twins lol Don't believe the nonsense enjoy what you want hun..😊😊
