what should I do my contractions come 5 min or they come less then 20.. These are painful.

You should probably wait until they are more consistent and are 3-5 minutes apart or they will send you home if you go in and are barely dilated.

If they aren't consistently the same they're most likely Braxton hicks. Call your doctor if they're five minutes apart and lasting a minute or more for at least an hour.
