This little boy has some strong jaws, TMI but my nipples hurt SO bad and the nipple cream is not helping.

It'll be uncomfortable but it's not supposed to cause a lot of pain! If you're having issues you can always contact your hospitals lactation consultant and see if you can set up a meeting so she can help :) hope everything gets better!
Like the others said, I would check his latch
@ashersmommy3, it's ok to use cream unless there's a specific reason why. I'd check his latch too, make sure he's not on there crooked etc. And sometimes it's just uncomfortable for a little bit until your nipples adjust.
If your nipples are hurting are you sure he's latched right?
I was advised not to use nipple cream but to use the milk itself. It's working for me really well. Just a tip 😊
