I use desitin , have been since birth maybe trying to change the type of diapers you use as well I had to day to that

my son had a really bad diper rash and I put this on and it cleared it up .

I've found that diaper rash creams barely help my daughter, now we only use coconut oil. :) and it really works

aww poor thing. i always used desitin for my son. mind you that was 10 years ago. lol. but one thing outside of actual diaper cream is coconut oil. it has natural healing and is super clean and will help keep moist yet help dry up the bad moisture. if that makes sense. jusy make sure its natural, unrefined coconut oil. super safe. you can eat it! and so good for your skin too. i use it for nearly everything (literaly, its my moisturizer, replaced my massage oil, and even ky jelly replacement lol) its not packed with chemicals and does not irritate the skin or delicate places. hope baby gets better. keep an eye on if it is consistant with any particular diaper. i cloth diaper for this reason. but doesnt mean you will have issues with all disposables

yes! To treat diaper rash or yeast infections, give baby (or yourself) a bath in warm water mixed with lots of breastmilk. The milk is soothing to the skin and will also help to kill the infection. Milk baths will also soften your skin.

i used boudreaux butt paste for my son and it worked miracles.. hes almost 7 now and if he gets any kind of rash i put it on him and it takes it away with 24-48 hrs! ill be using it for this baby as well

no, I wouldn't use soap just the breastmilk
