Its lamb right? I've never tried lamb. Is it good?

@rochelleyayy, it's supposed to be cooked with lamb , since I didn't have it in the house I cooked with beef . I only buy lamb from middle eastern or Persian butchers ... I don't like the smell the one sells regular American supermarkets .. It has weird smell and taste .

Oh okay. We have it sometimes at our grocery store in town but I don't know any recipes for lamb so I never try it. Your food looks yummy though :)

@rochelleyayy, not every lamb is tasty ,, that's why I buy from special place that almost similar to my country meat . Plus all our cuisine almost we use lamb .. It's really good and I grow up eating almost all the time lamb .

@rochelleyayy, there is many recipes if u really want it to try .. But u need to be make sure u getting a right lamb .

It always looks good when I see dishes made with lamb. Is it greasy? I don't eat duck because I don't like super oily meats.

@rochelleyayy, I don't like duck either its kind of too oily .., depends on the person how they cook .. I cook not greasy but lamb has little more fat then beef .
