I don't like to judge other mothers and their parenting skills because as mothers we do everything the best we can as mother's but I am just realizing that isn't always the case in some mothers eyes. The other day I was in a local used children's clothing boutique buying some clothes for my son and as I was standing in line there was a lady standing in front of me and TBH she looked hardcore like "gangsta status" she had tattoos on her face n neck but anyways she was holding her son which had to be like 9 months old. It was cold out and she was completely bundled up, looking fresh, make up done, hair done, nails done the whole nine yards. Mean while her son didnt have a jacket on wearing mismatched dirty clothes with no shoes and he was coughing horribly crying and all I could think was this poor baby. He sounded like he needed to go to the hospital. I wish I could of done or had the courage to say something but women get super offended when you say something about their parenting. I just prayed for them and wished them the best. Sorry y'all this was just on my mind so I needed to rant about it...

The other day when it was cold outside, there was this little girl walking with what I'm assuming to be her mother. Her mother was bundled up with a coat, boots, and a hat and scarf. Meanwhile, the little girl was just wearing a skirt down to her ankles and a shirt, with no shoes or socks. She was just walking barefoot on the cold sidewalk and street. They didn't seem to be homeless or such. I was just shocked how a mother could let her child be outdoors without a jacket or shoes.

So over this feeling! Ever since I've had ds, OH and I have fought my mother on not wanting to give ds a dummy just cause we don't like them and find he self soothes. For the past three times my mother has had him, she has gone against our rule and given him a dummy and of course I spoke to her about it (that's all my knowledge on how many times she's done it). On Sunday we celebrated my stepfathers birthday and due to OH working I had to do it alone which isn't the thing that bothered me. The thing that bothered me was no matter what I said regarding ds I wasn't listened to. I told my mother to sit behind ds if she was going to sit him up on the floor as he hasn't got the whole balance thing down pact but she didn't and then ds falls and starts crying cause he hurt himself, I picked him up and my mother just came and took him off me! I told her he can't forward face yet as he is below the shoulder line in order to forward face but they did anyway. I get it's her first grandchild and she's excited but I never got to share the news about ds's first tooth or his first attempt at crawling to the family because she already done it. Yes I know, I probably sound petty asf! I had to repeatedly ask my mother to take me and ds home as he was tired and close to the over tired stage. On the way home ds fell asleep, luckily I was sitting beside him and looked at him cause he had fallen asleep and had his head facing down so I quickly grabbed his head and held it up till we got home.

is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page

Dad's FB Video!! Did anyone see that video a dad posted on his daughters FB page? He saw a post she made where she bashed her parents and cursed them, called them lazy and told them they should pay her for stuff she did around the house... So he called her out on it and put the video on her page!! Sorry if I missed a post already about this already, but I just saw the video and IT WAS AWESOME!!! Hahahhaa!
