if it's not infected or anything, you don't haven't take it out at all. they make maternity belly rings (:

I am currently 33 weeks and still have mine in. I got the flexible ones off amazon about 2 or 3 months ago since my belly was stretching. But it is perfectly fine to leave it in.

It depends i could probably still fit my regular one in. But maybe 20 weeks or so depending on how big your belly gets.

I'm still wearing mine

I'm 20 weeks I changed mine to a flex bar last week and took it out the other day because the plastic bar made it very uncomfortable and red and made the piercing hole hard. I figured heck I've had mine since I was 12-13 take it out and just get it redone later. Had both top and bottom of my belly button pierced.

I took mine out at 16 weeks, I started feeling my son move then and it was uncomfortable.
