39 weeks today, just got home from the doctor. Still 3 cm dilated, and she said if I don't deliver by my next appointment which is next Thursday she will induce me. Can they schedule an induction the same day or how long do you usually have to wait? Just praying I go into labor on my own before next week and won't have to wait any longer 😭

usually you have to wait a week. I went in Monday, and opted for an elective induction, I could have had the induction today, but my Dr is on call saturday. :) so I'm having it done Saturday morning.
I feel the same way, yes I have had all the labor signs. Lost my mucus plug, had bloody show, cramping, lower backaches, 3cm dilated, 80% effaced. Everything except steady contractions. @gingermom
Do you have any other labor signs?? I'm 38+5 and was only 1.5-2cm and only 25% ...they will schedule an induction at me next weeks apt but I'm really hoping to go naturally before then. Just feeling like it won't happen at this point.

But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though

Sorry I been ignoring yall but I have been so miserable the past days I'M STILL PREGNANT my contractions would be strong for hours and it looked like I was gonna have a baby then everything just stopped so I got sent home. they said I have to wait till my appointment Wednesday so I can talk to my doctor about the next step. I HATE THIS 😢😢😩
I just absolutely love some women on here! Some woman wants to write on another women's post telling her she shouldn't be having sex at all in the beginning of pregnancy. I didn't know she was her doctor. Then she wants to tell me that the first trimester is only 1-9 weeks pregnant. And she lost her baby at 4 weeks pregnant due to sex. Like sweetie that's your period starting!
