I got pregnant when my son was like 2 months lol - I'd say to give your body some time and let your baby get alittle older so it wouldn't be too difficult it's ver hard to deal with a pregnancy and a baby . I had a hard time with it but again it wasn't planned and I was kind of upset lol . Also your body needs to heal alittle . Goodluck !
