Kinda depends on you, both my girls were 8lbs+, but for me it wasn't that bad, I had an epidural both times, and both times they were pretty wore off while I was pushing. the contractions hurt worse. the pushing was more of a "I want to push and get this baby out" kind of thing and then when the head came out it was such a big relief.
this is number 5 for me. my first child I did natural with not drugs and that hurt during labor but pushing feels pretty good as long as you don't rip. even if you don't get drugs make sure you have a conversation about your vaginal wishes. they can help it stretch slowly, they can give it a little cut and then stitch it up when tour done but if they let it tear it hurts. hope that helps and doesn't freak you out. number 2 I got a shot of demean to ease pain numerous 3, 4, and this one I will strait epidermal hook me up as soon as I walk in haha

11 for me personally. but that was an 8lb 5oz baby with no meds. but i can tell u the literal second the baby is born all that pain just STOPS

6-7ish with epidural. the pressure on my butt hurt the worst
