My periods were really irregular too. I got this app called p tracker lite , you put in when your period starts and where it ends and it tells you when you're supposed to be ovulating based on that information, and you also put in what days you're intimate. That's the only reason I know when I conceived, here's the calendar from the month I got pregnant. But I used it in the days before the day of and a couple days after I was supposedly going to ovulate, but you can use it every time you have sex if you want, it is a fantastic lube haha it honestly makes sex better lol

It's a scary feeling!
