Have you called your doctor or doctor on call ? You could have just gotten morning sickness for the first time. The cramping and back pain can be normal too but to a certain degree. Definitely call your doctor to get advice. She'll know better then I do ! Try not to worry. @karr17
today like at 8pm i threw up, i never threw up in my entire pregnancy but when i wanted to throw up i felt lightheaded and. now i woke up with cramps and lower back pain : ( what is happening
