Someone tell me what's going on! I'm out of breath for no reason and can hardly breath but I breath from my mouth and I'm having stomach pains, nauseous and a major headache , back pains . And a feeling of throwing up. I can't sleep ): ! I'm 38 weeks pregnant!

okay so I need HELP! I took castor oil with juice about 2 hours ago and I'm having sharp pains in my lower back!!! they take my breath away :(
I do love the way people say you will know when your in labour and having contractions well I will be honest I didn't know and my pains weren't that severe till I was fully dilated I'm sure everyone has different pain levels
I stg if she's not here and I haven't dilated by Wednesday I'm getting induced !!! 😡I can't take it no more I can never sleep I'm always in pain i can barely ever breathe ! DAMMIT IM OVER IT I just can't do it no more I GIVE UP!!!!!😡
Who has been knocked out for surgery ? I'm super nervous and it's my first time going under. I will be asleep for a septoplasty my nose turbinates are swollen and my septum is deviated. I need to be able to breath , stop getting pain and a full ear feeling , crackling noises and sinus infections I will have recovery time for a week and some pain meds I just need some advice and to lessen my anxiety.
I'm so ready to go into labor but I'm so scared of that pain 😩😩😩
