Any moms have the problem with one of their nipples hurting so bad you can't even touch it? Like everytime I move and my bra shifts the tiniest bit it hurts so bad

I hurt so bad! When i sit down i feel as if im pushing baby boy back up out of the canal or something it hurts so bad! Im thinking about going in to the doctor.. But idk
