boobs are engorged with milk and this is the third day since my kid being born and hurt badly what do I do ? breast pumping isn't helping much .

A hot rag can help soothe it or you can stand under a hot shower. Both worked for me with my first. 😊😊

A nice hot shower and while you're in there hand express the milk.

try nursing or hand compression. you could also try a hot shower and massage!

I second the others about the hot rag and steamy shower. Also massaging while pumping or feeding may help.
