Am I dumb for blocking my children's father now ex completely out until he can grow up? He is 31....I'm 25 and I'm so in love with him. But I know I'm in love with the potential of what I know he could be, but he isn't that. He is selfish minded and ungodly and doesn't think of our kids wellbeing and their futures in the way that he should. He is manipulative and mentally and emotionally abusive at times. He used to be physically abusive but I stay away from him when he is drunk so it hasn't happened. He drinks a lot too. Like I said I love him but he is a ruined man who fell away from God and thinks of no one else. I walked away in hopes that he would get back in church to fix himself for his family but my biggest fear is he will just not care and forget about me and the kids. I know I can do it without him and I'm confident in that. I just want him there because I know with the proper help and guidance he could be a wonderful father and husband if he controlled his anger and drank less.

I'm telling you! I rode past my exes tonight just to find another girls car there, he said im crazy for thinking someone else is with him. No Hun you wish I was crazy so you could run your game. That was my last straw
@mommyx2g, all of these men sound crazy lol they need counseling and a lot of Jesus 😂 I love my babies and they will always come first. He even tried to get me to choose him over our kids. That was the last straw for me.
Do what's best for your children. I kept my first away from her father he was mentally and emotionally abusive and is now in jail smh. I'm currently 35 weeks pregnant and going through a tough time with what is now my ex smh I don't get these men I really don't.
Oh wow! Im sorry you are going through the same thing. I swear they don't make men like they used to. My dad is such a good man and it just confuses me how men in this age can suck so much.
I'm pretty much going through the same thing, I'm slowly pushing my sons father out because he is toxic and not a good father figure for him. My ex was also mentally and verbally abusive, along with control in and manipulative and I don't want that happening to my son. You are doing what is best for your children!

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
@mommyx2g, wow. He wasted no time. I know that's exactly how my now ex is. He's probably going out and partying up and sleeping with a bunch of chicks like he was doing before we met while I am at home taking care of our kids and growing to be a good role model and mother to them. Like wth is wrong with men. When they have a good girl they ruin it.
