apple juice, but it should be diluted if baby isn't 12 months. bit it writhed for my 1st baby starting at 6 weeks.

Or do bicycle legs with her and warm up a receiving blanket and massage her belly area

Apple juice didn't work with my daughter but doesn't mean it won't help yours, try prune juice. Worst comes to worst as much as it sucks to do this try a Q-Tip with Vaseline.
