While breast feeding you can only take the mini pill. It's the only thing that won't mess with your supply

I always the depo shot. I was on it for a year and a half before we decided to have our son whose 14 months now. I got the depo again when he was about 4 or 5 monthd old and hes exclusively breastfed. Didnt mess with my supply at all. Ive never been told that it would.
