Really frustrated. Applied for Medicaid 2 days ago, but people are telling me it could take 45 days to get accepted?! I need a doctor now, I'm already almost 14 weeks...I think!!!! I have no idea!!!! I called a low income doctors office and they said the visit would cost a minimum of $89!!!! Wtf!!!!!! And they haven't even called me back to schedule!!!! 😩😩😩😩 I'm trying to be patient but I'm so worried.

the workers where I live are complete boneheads that's why it took mine so long to get accepted. I had to go in multiple times to see what the holdup was.

You can still go to the doctor. You're covered from the date you applied. Save the bills then when you get approved call the number on the bill give them the Medicaid info and they will bill them

Oh no when I got Medicaid I was 14 weeks too i got what's called "emergency pregnancy Medicaid" is how they described it and I got it pretty much a week later and I haven't had to pay a single cent :)
