Anyone 20 weeks in felt the baby move consistently yet if not how many weeks do you have to be to feel them consistently?

I'm 20wks4days, I felt constantly kicking/movement Monday more than usual. The last two days I just get one random kick and then nothing for a few hours. I think eventually we'll feel them every day all day and complain about not getting enough sleep because of them moving haha.
Has anyone else thought of this nonsense with her being weird, not having consistent information etc. as seeming a whole lot like the beginning of Glee with the fake pregnancy?!

Would they induce you if your blood pressure was consistently high (130-140/90-100) but your preeclampsia work up was consistently negative?

I'm 21 weeks & 3 days, he seems to be becoming more consistent, like if I'm worried, I can rub my belly or poke it and he will move for me. But still some days more active then others! They tell you not to kick counts till 24+ weeks, some doctors say wait longerz
