I can't even touch my breast without wanting to cry in pain. it's toward the top and almost looks bruised like I got hit but I didn't. I never had an issue getting a bottle of milk and all of a sudden its hardly coming out on one side, which is the one that's hurting. advice or has this happened before

take a hot shower and massage in the water also try a hand pump in the shower, that's what I did for my clogged duct
thanks y'all I'll try it I just find it weird I'm use to getting almost 2 oz out that one and I can barely get half an oz now and all of a sudden she pushing the bottle away but will take formula
While you pump try massaging it that might help if it's a clogged duct
