Alright, google isn't really helping to answer my question and i don't know if it's a concern enough to call my doctor... but around 9:40ish this morning i got woken up by a big gush of watery-like discharge that had a little hint of white in it. kind of like a foggy discharge. it wasn't sticky, there was no smell of urine so i know for sure i did not pee myself. it completely soaked my underwear and a little of the bed. i changed and I'm getting damp spots on my underwear now but not as much as what i woke up to. I'm 29 weeks 3 days. anyone else have this or have an idea of what this means?
oh and baby girl was moving and kicking alot yesterday and i have not felt her as much this morning and i usually get woken up by her kicks.
call ur ob and tell them and get ready to head to L&D my water broke no contractions until I was induced better safe than sorry mama
It's very possible to have broken your water and still not have any contractions. My moms water broke and she didn't have any contractions until they gave her pitocin 😝
alright thank you ladies. you're helping alot more than google lol. is it possible to not feel contractions or any discomfort if my baby is possibly coming?
leaking amniotic fluid means your water broke or at least coming out I would call me doctor and tell them I was going to the hospital and why
You are supposed to deliver within 24 hours of your water breaking or it can cause you or the baby to get an infection. If that makes a little more sense. I would def get checked out never hurts.
ur going into labor call because u don't want it to full empty out and have labor stall out
You should call labor and delivery and see what they say, it sounds like your amniotic sac broke or is leaking and it's much too early for baby to come
I'm not completely sure, but they'll probably want to check you to make sure! Girl don't worry! I thought I was leaking and my ob put a little test strip down there, and was able to tell that I wasn't! I don't want to scare you but they might want to monitor you (if you are leaking) to make sure baby has enough fluid in there!
If it's just leaking they will monitor you if it broke you have 24 hours before you have to worry about getting an infection yourself or baby.
what happens if you're leaking amniotic fluid? sorry first time mommy don't know anything about this. @vb95
wow alrighty ladies thankyou so much for replying to my post so quickly. all of what you are saying is really helping. i will call them right away and tell them whats going on. i really hope shes not coming its too early!! 😥😥
