Does everyone drink a lot of milk like their supposed to? cause I haven't that fat free milk is horrible ... 😭😭😭 and when did you ladies find out what you were having I have an appointment at 17 wks and 18 wks do you think its too early ? do I have to wait until my 22wk appointment? everyone says I'm small for 16wks can you ladies show me your 16wk bump? here's mine ...

I hardly drank milk at all during my pregnancy, and they will probably be able to tell at 17 or 18wksb

I bought a book produced by the mayo clinic and they said whole milk is the way to go.

We were told gender at 19 wks only bc at 18 wk appointment she wasn't in a position for us to see.
