ladies I highly recommend a donut shaped pillow for after birth especially if you tear/ have hemorrhoids. see if your hospital has them because it makes it so much easier to sit!

@jess1ca, same -_- and the tearing and stitches made it ten times worse. have you tried the sitz bath too? I'm going to try it this time around
well with my daughter I had super painful hemmoroids (spelling?) either way I'm sure it would feel nice
@jess1ca, you will love it. not saying you will have the amount of swelling I had down there (husband said it looked like balls, how rude) but in case you do it takes the pressure off everything
