stretch!! I had the same problem for a good 4 weeks maybe even longer. I read about a stretch that helped open up the pelvis & relieves some pressure I did it & it went away try sitting in a chair & put your left ankle over your right knee & lean forward & so the same with the other ankle & knee it should help it helped me a lot I only did it once & my pain is almost completely gone!
girl mine hurt midway thru my pregnancy and I went to the chiropractor and it was fine.... now 5 months pp and I have to have a cushion or sit in a comfy chair or I can't stand up, it's horrible idk what it is now but lordy does it hurt
