Is it normal to always be constantly hot and sweaty during pregnancy? 🙄

I just stopped having a lot of hot flashes. I was freezing everyone in the house for weeks.

I put my feet in ice water during the day when I have time to sit. its seriously a good feeling sense I don't have a pool.

I sleep with the air and fan on I'm always hot

I just hit this stage 😣 I hate it!!!

Yup, especially later on in the pregnancy! I'm drenched every night and I sleep with a fan.

My face even gets oily

I've been like this for a while, mainly just my armpits and feet. But now it's literally everywhere , I sweat no matter what I'm wearing or what I'm doing

For the past two weeks I have been outrageously hot and sweaty, before that it was mainly sweaty palms.
