about two comfortable outfits, the essential every day items, NIPPLE CREAM, phone charger.
well first after labor , u should only be at the hospital for two or three day as long as the baby is healthy. and in the diaper bag u should pack a going home outfit plus 2 more jus in case and some diapers, a pacifier, some blankets, nipples cream cream and breastfeeding pillow. that's what in mine.

I got nipple cream at target! But you can get it almost anywhere! I've heard coconut oil is amazing as well, which I already had so we'll see what I end up liking more! My Lamaze teacher told us not to actually pack the nipple cream and waste it tho because she said the hospital provides some, not sure if that's every hospital tho! Good luck!
