I feel terrible because I want to get food stamps but I don't qualify, I make to much but not enough to feed my household! I'm so tired of struggling.

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say... Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

I would just go in by yourself and sign up. when I signed up they never asked for my husbands information. they only used my information. maybe see a different lady too. we went as a family when I signed up but maybe it'll make a difference if you go by yourself.

Really? She told me to bring in pay stubs for him. Should I still go & just not bring pay stubs? Because he makes about 10k over the limit. @coltroyalsmama1224

@mlees, when we signed up for wic while we were pregnant with our son. they didn't go off of what my husband made. they only asked if I worked and since I didn't I automatically qualified and got it right then and there.

I know some of my friends have had that happen to them. and if your not married to the bd. you can do what I did. I don't work right now and my fiance gets ssi. he gets about 7-800 a month. I just put me and my son down for wic. they asked how I was supported I said my family and the dad. I got wic. I wish I could help out tho. I know how hard it is to get by without stuff. I recently got food stamps after I realized wic won't cover what my son needs.

I went in and didn't qualify either because my husband makes to much I almost cried :( it sucks.

Same. Boyfriend makes too much for me to even apply for WIC, but he pays everything since I'm without a job. It makes no sense.

I feel ya, it's sad to see people who really don't need it on it but the ones who do need it don't qualify.

it's like the ones that actually need it (not saying some that receive it don't ) don't qualify . especially if the cost of living is high..it's like you have to go without certain things just to be able to pay for other things..smh
